Some Lesser-Known UK Festivals that Have Something for Everyone

It has been a difficult time for organisers of large events as well as the people who like to attend them. Because of the ongoing uncertainty and restrictions due to the pandemic, it has made it incredibly difficult to organise a festival – months in advance, artists, stalls, construction staff and the event medical cover like Outdoor medical solutions need to be booked, and for some organisers the uncertainty has made this impossible.

But 2022 is looking like a return to normality, and if you are hoping that next year will be the year you attend a festival – whether as a first timer or as a regular – here are some festivals that are well worth checking out in 2022…

Wilderness – This festival based in the Oxfordshire countryside has plenty for everyone. It is well known for being a great place for foodies, but it also plays host to big name artists and has dance tents and parties too.

MADE Festival – This Birmingham festival is the place to be. For the best urban music as well as DJs, there is also a vast array of delicious street food on offer and the shows have become known for their amazing pyrotechnics.

We Out Here – A festival with a difference – this Cambridgeshire festival is the place to see top jazz artists, but the music is just one of the things that people come for. Wine tasting, wellness events and an outdoor cinema are also big attractions at this festival with a difference.
