Can you name 2023’s most-watched TV shows?

This may seem like a relatively easy question. However, with so many different channels and means of watching television, it is not always obvious which the most watched TV shows of 2023 would be.
Ways of Accessing the TV

Whilst there may be a variety of different options to gain access to television programmes which do not require a traditional TV aerial installation in Gloucester, the failure to access terrestrial television channels means that you’re missing out.

The top spot in 2023 went to the coronation of King Charles, with Happy Valley coming in a close second. Both of these were provided through terrestrial television and required an aerial to access. With the large choice of professionals who offer TV aerial installation Gloucester, it is best to look only at those who are regulated by Ofcom.

Best TV Shows in 2023

Looking in a bit more detail at the top-rated television programmes of 2023 further supports the need to make sure that you can access shows through a variety of different ways including via both an aerial and the internet. Both are important if you want to get the best possible experience.

After the Coronation and Happy Valley, the third-rated based on views was the Eurovision Song Contest and the fourth was the Great British Bake Off on Channel 4. In fifth place was I’m a Celebrity. Get Me Out of Here, with Planet Earth III taking the sixth spot. When looking at the seventh-placed TV programme for 2023, Strictly Come Dancing came back to the forefront. Death in Paradise was eighth, while the ITV drama Unforgotten was ninth and the tenth place went to Wild Isles.

Each of these was presented through terrestrial TV, showing that the role of the aerial is far from over!
