We have finally seen the back of the much maligned 2020 and welcomed in a new year in a much more pared down manner, in line with covid restrictions. But although the year is over, the next few months look as if they could be quite difficult for many people.
Although we now have the vaccine heralding the light at the end of the tunnel and paving the way for a return to normality over the summer months, the cold dark days of the winter are still here and feel as bleak and gloomy as ever!

Enjoy a wintery walk – Although you may not find the idea of going outside very appealing right now, it is a great way to boost your mood. Wrap up warm and embrace the elements. There are some beautiful parts of the countryside to explore and it is great for your physical health too.
